The founder of BEAR Architectural Recruitment, Paul Deery, originally set up his business after 14 years in the sales industry. This included a mix of management, sales, training, and Architectural Recruitment. For the past number of years, he has been recruiting specifically for the Architectural market focusing on Sussex, London and Kent and have successfully placed professionals from Assistants to Senior Architects and has worked with some of the top Architectural practices. He believes that people skills are essential to working in a specialist industry and this allowed him to build up a wide network of both clients and candidates. He discovered that good Architectural professionals were in short supply and many practices agreed that they had challenges recruiting the right people. Both candidates and clients had grown tired of the normal recruitment processes and wanted something more personal, fresh that offered something unique.
In September of 2020 he sought to lift the presence of his successful operation in the UK and joined with AMR, a specialist recruiter focused on the Property sector and themselves with 25 years of trading across the UK.
